Deadline for Abstract Submission: 24:00(KST), Friday, October 22, 2021

2. Abstract Submission Notice

Once your abstract is accepted, you will take an opportunity to present in the Poster Presentation Session by either types of presentation: Poster presentation or S-Poster presentation.

3. Abstract Submission Guidelines

  1. General Information
    1. Submission is only available through submission site.
    2. Submission deadline is on October 22, 2021, please meet the deadline.
    3. You can edit a submitted abstract by October 22, 2021.
  2. Title
    1. Each word should begin with a capital letter with the exception of transition words, maximum 120 bytes.
  3. Abstract Content
    1. All abstracts must be written in English
    2. Abstract body should include Background, Methods, Results and Conclusion and be limited to 2,880 bytes, including spaces.
    3. Case Report should include Introduction, Case and Conclusion and be limited to 2,400 bytes, including spaces.
    4. Maximum 2 references and 2 figures/tables should be included in an abstract. If you include more than 2, it could be edited temporarily.
    5. When you include any figures or illustrations, please upload image file format(JPG, PNG, GIF, etc.) separately.
    6. A text field is set to limit the maximum numbers of characters. Please confirm the entire content of your abstract at the "Preview" page.
    7. Please make sure your submission status at the "Abstract Submission" page.
  4. Abstract Notification and Acceptance
    1. Acceptance will be notified on Monday, November 1, 2021. Please check the allotted number to each poster.
    2. Presenters will learn more about their presentation date & time, and any specific guidelines for session after acceptance.

4. Presenters Guidelines

1) You must register for the KPS 2021 before your abstract can be submitted.

5. Poster Presentation Guidelines

1) Presentation should be formed as Background, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
2) Case Report should be formed as Introduction, Case and Conclusion.

  • ① File Format & Length: PPT (1 page, 80cmX130cm)
  • ② Submission Deadline: Friday, November 12, 2021
  • ③ Presentation time & date: : 17:00~18:00, Saturday, November 20, 2021
  • ④ Place: Exhibition Hall
  • ⑤ Presentation materials should be submitted through the KPS 2021 website.

5-1. S-Poster Presentation Guidelines

1) Presentation should be formed as Background, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
2) Case Report should be formed as Introduction, Case and Conclusion.

  • ① File Format & Length: PPT (15 minutes length presentation for each presenter.)
  • ② Submission Deadline: Friday, November 12, 2021
  • ③ Presentation time & date: : 17:00~18:00, Saturday, November 20, 2021
  • ④ Place: Room A, Room B
  • ⑤ Presentation materials should be submitted through the KPS 2021 website.

6. Best Poster Awards

1) Each poster, including S-Poster will be evaluated and be recommended by the chairpersons. After then, the top three posters will be selected by the Academic Awards Committee.
2) The winners will receive a plaque and a cash prize.
3) he awards ceremony will take place during KPS 74th Meeting, fall 2022.
