1. Abstracts Topics

Abstracts should involve the following disciplines :

1 Animal Study
2 Ultrasound and Radiofrequency
3 Nerve Blocks
4 Head & Neck Pain
5 Pain on Lumbar Region & Lower Limbs
6 Spinal Pain
7 Neuropathic Pain
8 Cancer Pain & Postoperative Pain
9 Complications
10 Diagnosis, Evaluation, Pharmacology and Miscellaneous Issues

2. Notes on submission of Abstracts

1) The registration period and editing period are the same.
2) Following your abstract submission, your poster will be presented at the conference, after which the presentation file will be converted to PDF and uploaded to our website.
3) Please note: after you confirm your abstract's endorsement and upload your file, the society will produce the posters en bloc.

4) Of the posters endorsed after evaluation, only a select five will be presented (in slide presentation format) in Room E.
(Presentations will be recorded and uploaded as VODs on our website after the conference.)


3. Guidelines for submission of Abstracts

1) Abstracts should be typed in English.
2) The title must be no longer than 50 letters (120 bytes).
3) The main text must be divided into four chapters (research background, subjects & methods, results, and conclusion), each beginning with a new paragraph. It must be no longer than 2,880 bytes including spaces.
4) As for case reports, the main text must be divided into three chapters (introduction, cases, and conclusion), each beginning with a new paragraph. It must be no longer than 2,400 bytes including spaces.
5) Up to 2 citations are allowed. Additional citations may be edited out.
6) Up to 2 images or graphs can be attached. Additional attachments may be edited out. Please upload files in image format (no MS Word files).
7) Screening results and designated poster numbers will be announced on Thursday November 1. Please confirm the results.


Guidelines for S-Poster Presentation

1. The main text must be divided into four parts: research background, subjects & methods, results, and conclusion.
    As for case reports, the main text must be divided into three parts: introduction, cases, and conclusion.
2. The allocated time for each presentation subject is 15 minutes. There will be extra time for discussion.

4) S-Poster Presentation Materials Submission Deadline: deadline: Friday November 9


Guidelines for Presentation of Posters

1. The main text must be divided into four parts: research background, subjects & methods, results, and conclusion.
   As for case reports, the main text must be divided into three parts: introduction, cases, and conclusion.

1) Presentation time & date: 17:00-18:00 Saturday November 18
2) Place: Convention Center, 3rd floor Exhibition hall
3) File format: PPT (single page)
4) Dimensions: 80 cm (W) x 130 cm (H)
5) Registration deadline: Friday November 9
6) All presentation materials should be submitted through the conference website


Evaluation and awards for exceptional posters

1. The Academic Awards Committee will choose three of the posters recommended by the chairperson to receive Exceptional Poster awards (including S-posters).
2. Each awardee will receive a plaque and a cash prize.
3. The awards ceremony will take place during the 67th Conference, fall 2018.
