② Cancellation by November 16 (Fri.) : 50% Refund
③ Cancellation after November 16, 2018 or Nonattendance : No Refund
2. Notes on Registration
1) Registrants who do not deposit within the advance registration period will be excluded.
2) Cancellation Request Deadline: 17:00 Wednesday November 14, 2018
To cancel your registration, please send your name and account number via email.
No refunds past the cancellation deadline or for non-attendance.
3. Only registrants wearing their name tags will be allowed entrance.
4. Please note that video and photography are prohibited during the conference.
